Non/late delivery of AlertsNon/late delivery of Alerts

From time to time you may find that the entry price has moved significantly from the alert signal. Please check the time the alert was sent to establish whether there was a delay in receipt. While NexusFX cannot be held responsible for any delay in receipt we would suggest you make the following checks to establish why the delay may have occurred:

1. Phone wifi connection – are you in an area where your receipt of alerts could be affected by interruptions in signals?  The alerts cannot be delivered to your phone if you do not have a strong phone wifi signal.
2. Is your broadband speed working correctly.  Google ‘internet speed checker’ and you’ll find a range of ways to check this (though always read the terms).
3. Here’s an example: https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/ .  As mentioned please read their terms and conditions BEFORE running the test
4. If you believe that neither of the above issues are at fault for a delay please do let us know.

If there was no delay in receipt but the entry price has moved significantly please ensure you watch the entry price video in the tutorial section which has guidance on how to react to this scenario.
